Due to high number of air travelers, in view of the speed at which air traffic is increasing, airlines will need 6.37 lakh new pilots in the next 20 years.
Boeing, an aircraft maker, has said this in an annual report. According to the new estimates of the report, the need for the pilot has increased by 3.6 percent compared to last year’s report. In the Asia-Pacific region, the airlines will need 2.53 lakh new pilots.
This report has been prepared by Boeing’s Global Services Division. According to Boeing’s report, by 2036, 8.39 lakh flight attendants will be needed. Of these, the airlines of Asia-Pacific region will require 3.08 lakh flight attendants.
