On Thursday, the RPF arrested four ‘eunuchs’ but the medical reports revealed that they were men and not eunuchs.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, ShivajiVanarshi (Priya), BabuMevalalMaurya (Mahima), Vikki Netaji Janardan (Janhvi) and Pankaj ChhotuNishad (Aalia) were presented at the railway court (CSMT) and after which they were released on fine of Rs 1200 each.
“We got information that a few men were begging on trains posting as eunuchs. Immediately, a team got cracking. Several trains were raided,” said Ajay Yadav, RPF in charge of CSMT told Mumbai Mirror.
The arrest:
While raiding, the RPF arrested Vikki and Pankaj from the Hyderabad Express. Babu was arrested from Kanyakumari Express and Shivaji from Konark Express. After the arrest, the four were sent for medical examination at Saint George Hospital, as the RPF had been suspecting that they were all men.
Ajay Yadav, RPF in-charge of CSMT told Mumbai Mirror, “The report said that the four had male genitals and that they took hormonal injections for developing breasts.”
The confession:
After the medical report, the four confessed that they were not eunuchs. Vikki lives in Pune, Pankaj stays behind CSMT station and Babulives in Mahim. Shivaji lives in Kalyan and also said that he is married and a year back his wife gave birth to a boy and that his child died a few days back.
