Still, Tripple Talaq bill is in the Rajya Sabha for discussion but another woman founded in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur fell victim to the practice.
The woman got married to her rapist as the order pass by the local village Panchayat people, but soon after the marriage her husband gave her triple talaq, the news come through victim’s uncle to the media. Her uncle also added that the victim was also torturing and harassed mentally to the accused after the marriage.
According to the victim she was taken her in a lonely place along with her father and forced to sign the divorce papers and when I refused then forcefully taken my fingerprints on the divorce papers and after that he pronounced Triple Talaq Talaq to me. We want justice, the victim said.
She has filed the case against her husband and Hapur police are investigating the matter more forth action said, Ram Mohan Singh, SSP Hapur.
