A Senior citizen named Harishchandra Shirkar attacked Mahesh and Nand with a knife inside the court before the judge. This accident took place after the acquittal judgment given by the judge on Wednesday in Bhoiwada court Mumbai.
The sensation attack spread all over the Bhoiwada court that 67-year-old man attacked in front the judge, both accused are out of danger and the assailant has been arrested.
The case was registered in the year 2009 between Harishchandra Shirkar (67) and Mahesh and Nand for some fight. Shirkar lounged a complaint in Bhoiwada police station. Additional Chief Magistrate Surendra Biyani of Bhoiwada court acquitted both the accused at around 1 p.m. After the verdict was pronounced, he stood up from his seat and took out a knife in his pocket and hit the two accused. Both of them were immediately taken to KEM hospital. Shirkar has been handed over to the Bhoiwada police by the police and the lawyers.
DCP N. Ambika said, “Against the attacked happened in the Bhoiwada Court by Shirkar, Bhoiwada Police has registered a case in various sections including attempt murder IPC under Section 307. We are investigating how the crowded court took the weapon.”
