Mumbai 5th Sep-2021, On teachers day Hon. Minister of state for social justice & Empowerment Dr. Ramdas Athawale visited to Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, Ghatkopar East and facilitated real heroes who serve during pandemic.
Ara Foundation, Dnyan Upasna Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha & Paryavaran Seva Sansthan extended an invitation to cover Kaushalya Ratna Puraskaar 2021 had organized the program to encourage not only the heroes not only Mr. Ruben Macarenhas the Founder, Director – “Khana Chaitya”NGO and Mr. Salman Pettiwala from IIT Madras who is a Gold Medalist and serving GE Aviation which is the world leader in providing aircraft engines, systems and avionics but also those who serve in the level of grass hood in slum area of Ramabai Ambedkar Nagar, Ghatkopar.
The project was started to provided 40 packets of food to serve in slum latter cross the limit to unlimited number food packets.
There was huge number of heroes who did not come in picture like Ravi Netavate, pravin chheda, Mohammad Raza, Swaroop etc.
