MUMBAI: After quitting congress, over 20 days ago, the Senior politician of Maharashtra Narayan Rane comes up with his new party Swabhiman Paksh.
In his last statement, Rane said I am waiting for my friends to join my party.
According to PTI statement given by Rane on Wednesday is that Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has invited him to join the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance.
Rane met CM Fadnavis at his residence ‘Varsha’ in Mumbai. In his statement to PTI, CM Fadnavis told me to think about the proposal given and get back to us to join NDA.
The proposal has been given to prominent leader Narayan Rane as he has strong hold and influence over Maratha community. Rane, hails from Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region. He was Maharashtra’s Chief Minister of Maharashtra in 1999 when he was in the Shiv Sena.
