Around the world Coffee and Tea has been counted as a first beverage of the day. A cup of Coffee will not only boost you up for the next job, but it also benefits your health. Most of the people take bed coffee/ tea to freshen up themselves.

British scientists of more than 200 studies on coffee consumption and health, published on Wednesday in The BMJ, a British medical journal founded Drinking 3 to 4 cup of coffee seems health benefit than to harm.

University of Southhampton’s Robin Poole, who led the study said: “Coffee drinking appears safe within usual patterns of consumption,”.

 According to the researchers on the particular topic, people who drink three to four cups of coffee a day are more likely to see health benefits than harm, experiencing lower rates of premature death, cardiovascular disease, and liver disease.

Researchers’ findings drinking Coffee decreases several types of cancer like prostate cancer, endometrial cancer, skin cancer, leukemia and liver cancer and There is also lower rates of type 2 diabetes, gallstones, and dementia associated with coffee consumption.

Drinking up to four cups of coffee offers good health benefits but not for pregnant women and the people who are prone to bone fractures.

As per the review analysis of existing studies, it is not possible to account other factors that might have influenced the subjects’ health. More research would be required to determine causation and not just correlation. In other words, there are more positive effects than negative ones.

However; the review founded, there are was more benefit than harm from drinking coffee, and the studies were not adjusted for important confounders, such as body mass index, smoking, age, alcohol use, and income and education level.
