Husbands Charges for Wife murdered and they are still alive

Bihar court has punished three people for murdering their wives and wives are still alive and accusers are in prison for a living person.

First case

This first case came to light in May 2017 named  Manoj Kumar, eighty-eight years old from JagannathDokra village of Muzaffarpur district Bihar, found in jail for nearly a year for his wife Rinke’s murder.

After marriage in April 2015, Rinke runs away from home Rinki’s mother registered a case against Manoj for dowry and murder.

Manoj family is quite an innocence to prove the court that Rinku is alive.

Rinky’s certificates were with Manoj and the address of Jabalpur was recorded from where Rinki studied. Rinku parents also lived in this city. After searching for Rinki in Jabalpur, they found Rinki’s from the same city then the police recovered Rinki and was later released from Manoj’sjail.Afterall, Ricky was sent to jail. At present, he is out of jail on bail.

Second case

Suresh Yadav AMBIKA SHARMA

Suresh Yadav from Amadiah village in Bhagalpur district had been trying to convince the police for more than two decades that he has not murdered his wife’s status.

His hard work finally brought colour to the 15^th June 2017 when the police found the statue alive in his maternal uncle’s house on his trail and according to the information, she is still living a married life in Meerut.

Third case

The most recent case of false allegations of murder is from the Vaishali district. Six people, including her husband Savinder Rai, were absconding for the murder of Tara Devi. Tara was arrested on July 11, 2017

In this case, Jandha Thana President of Vaishali district Rajiv RanjanShrivastava said, “Tara’s father Shankar Rai had filed a case of dowry in November 2011 for killing her daughter. But Tara got information that she was married to another boy and living at Muzaffarpur. After this the police pressured Shankar to act and then Tara was recovered on the father’s note. “

According to information, Tara told the court that he had left the house due to the bad behaviour of in-laws. But police say that the investigation revealed that the case was of love and incident and Tara had left her husband and went to her boyfriend.

Tara is currently living with his father in the order of the court.

All these false cases of murder were registered under the Dowry Prohibition Act. On the misuse of this law, the Supreme Court also expressed its concern in 2014.
