New Delhi: The Madras High Court has issued a new order on Vande Mataram, in which all schools, colleges and universities must play Vande Mataram in a week. This one day will be between Monday to Friday. At the same time, the national anthem and also must be played at least once in government offices, institutes, private companies and any factory. The Madras High Court has also said that if anyone has trouble playing Vande Mataram, then he will not be bound, but the reason must be logical.

Justice MV Muralidharan said that if people have problems in singing the national song Bengali or Sanskrit language then steps can be taken to translate the national song into Tamil language. Significantly, the Supreme Court gave an important order related to Jan Gan Man on November 30, 2016. The court had made a compulsory play of national anthem before filming began in all cinemas across the country. Also, it is necessary to show the national flag on the screen too. Along with it also said that all the viewers will stand in honour of the Tricolour and the National Anthem. The decision on this petition was made by Shyam Narayan Chasse, a resident of Bhopal.
